The Trusteeship (IMID Ltd)

IMID is a web publishing firm that began with a business founded in Berkeley, California during 1996 called The Media Development Group.

Web Dissemination and Interactive Multimedia Information Dissemination, Inc. followed shortly later during 2001 in Minneapolis Minnesota.

IMID Ltd, the assumed name for the S-Corp that became the Grantor of the Trust, ended in the formation of The Trusteeship (IMID), which has served as a holding company for the assets remaining since 2019 and is also known as a common law trust.
